Mount Prospect Park is our local gem but it needs a lot of TLC.

On Sunday, April 13, 2025 starting at 11 am we are rolling up our sleeves and taking care of (some of) the trees in the park. We will be spreading mulch to bring needed nutrients.

The Programme will include:

• 11 am: mulching of trees and cleaning of the park

• 12:30 pm: tour: a brief history of the park by Brooklyn historian Joseph Alexiou

• 1 pm: Nature awareness walk by Paul Damien

• and more
