After 14 years in business (16 since signing the lease), Bar Sepia at 234 Underhill Avenue in Prospect Heights Brooklyn, is slated to close on March 1,2018 a few days shy of its actual anniversary as the Landlord has refused to renew their lease. Bar Sepia is more than a local small business but served for years as an "unofficial" community center. Prospect Heights needs to keep it open.
